Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Atelier Marguerite.

If for any reason you wish to return an item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our contact form or by email at post@ateliermarguerite.no before sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
